Henry Gerlits has nearly 20 years of experience in education, language teaching and training across secondary, university, corporate and public sector contexts in the United States, South Korea and Japan. His work has focused on curriculum development, language education, teacher training and learner support, with particular experience in designing instruction for diverse student populations and adapting content for different cultural and institutional settings.
Over the course of his career, Henry has taught in U.S. public schools, university programmes and intensive English settings, and has also worked extensively in Korea as a teacher trainer and language instructor. His experience includes developing and delivering courses in English language skills, academic communication, reading and speaking, as well as supporting educators through methodology training and professional development. He has designed original teaching materials, assessments and classroom programmes across a wide range of levels and purposes.
Henry brings to ThreeSixtyInsights experience in facilitation, learning design and cross-cultural communication. His professional background combines practical classroom expertise with a strong academic foundation in applied linguistics, and he has contributed to conference presentations on language teaching, reading instruction and teacher development. He holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts Boston, a BA from Wheaton College, and a TEFL certificate from the Boston Language Institute.
