Kim has experience with generating data visualisation and infographics, and thematic analysis, gained through extensive research projects ranging from adolescent stress resilience to the power of creative pedagogy in education. Kim has honed the art of uncovering meaningful stories from data, translating complex research into accessible and compelling communication.

An expert operating at the intersection of applied psychology, research, and playful design, Kim has significant expertise in designing and leading projects in alternative educational environments. This work emphasises creative pedagogy and hands-on methodologies to unlock collaboration, supercharge communication, and foster deeper learning.

As part of the ThreeSixtyInsights team, Kim has supported various projects including the Review of the Collaboration and Innovation Fund (ALL Office, Solas), Volunteer Training Needs Gap Analysis & Implementation Approach (Sport Ireland), and Review of the Access to Apprenticeship Bursary (National Apprenticeship Office).

Kim is deeply committed to inclusivity and diversity, leveraging expertise in thematic analysis and data visualisation to identify and dismantle barriers and build equitable, human-centred systems. The focus is on ensuring that all research and educational practices are evidence-based and empower every individual to thrive.
